Daughter of Legendary Entertainer Dean Martin
Makes Satellite Radio Debut on June 27

Washington, D.C., May 31, 2007 - XM, the nation's leading satellite radio service with more than 8 million subscribers, has named Deana Martin as co-host of its premier swingin' Vegas show, "The Strip" (XM 5).  Martin, the daughter of legendary entertainer Dean Martin, will make her radio debut with co-host Ken Smith on Wednesday, June 27th at 6:00pm ET with encore broadcasts on Friday at 9pm PT and Sundays at 6pm ET.

As co-host of "The Strip," Martin will share her passion and appreciation for swing music, as well as personal experiences and memories from the "Rat Pack" era of the 60s and 70s.  Listeners will be treated to backstage stories about Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Tony Bennett, Judy Garland, and Rosemary Clooney and their performances in venues that range from The Sands in Las Vegas to the Martin family living room.

An accomplished performer, recording artist and talk show host, Deana Martin is a best-selling author of the book Memories Are Made of This: Dean Martin as Seen through His Daughter Eyes. In 2006, she thrilled audiences across the globe with her Memories Are Made of This concert tour, during which she performed popular hits by her father and other famous swing performers.

XM's "The Strip," co-hosted by Ken Smith, is a one-hour program of top-notch entertainment - Vegas-style - and features live performances from the artists that made Las Vegas world-famous.
