Hello Deana,
I enjoy listening to you each morning on 1550 KKAD in Portland
or. I like to hear you talk about the musicians you knew personally.
I actually learned to love this kind of music later in my life.
I’m 49 currently. I really enjoy your songs that you sing,
especially with Jerry Lewis. I really hope to make it Branson some
day. I also hope I can catch you in concert sometime. Keep up the
good work.
Sincerely,
Randy Bruner

Dear Deana,
Just a note to let you know how much I have enjoyed your CD. The
song with Jerry Lewis gives me goose bumps--your dad must be smiling
down on you. Secondly-- I drive to work with you and John, enjoying
your show on WAKE-am and the music you play--now I’ve discovered
you're on later in the day. Why the change?
Donna
Hi Deana,
We were at your concert in Chicago last week. You were fabulous.
Were do you get the endless amount of energy. WOW! It’s one
of the best shows we have seen in years. Please let us know when
you will be back in our area again. I just wanted to say how much

Dearest Deana,
I was watching the Biography Channel last night and saw the show
about you father, Dean Martin. I loved your comments and you had
such presence on the show I just had to write and say thank you.
I loved your father and think he was the greatest entertainer of
them all. You are a very beautiful and eloquent young lady and
I know your father is very proud of you. I also want to tell you
how much I enjoyed reading your book, Memories are Made of This.
It is by far the best biography about your wonderful father, my
love, Dean Martin.
Bless you Deana,
Helen Chambers,
New York
Hi Deana,
I would like to see you in the Boston area sometime. Your father
was and continues to be great therapy for me and I just finished
your wonderful book about him... tomorrow it's on to the recipe
you included.
Many thanks!
John

Hello Deana,
You are definitely a chip off the old block. I just received your
CD, Memories Are Made Of This for my birthday and I it’s
great. You sing many of my favorite Dean Martin songs and I am
so happy that you sing them so beautifully. I am a big Dean Martin
fan and now I am a big Deana Martin fan. When will you record another?
Congratulations,
Sue Burroughs
Dear Deana,
Any plans on coming to Albany, NY for a book signing. I
am halfway through the book and I love it. It’s been
a pleasure learning about your dad through your words.
Nicole
Hi Deana,
I just finished the bio on your dad, after Al Jolson he was the
best. I will buy your book. I also just finished “Dean And
Me”… sorry we disagree on Mr. Lewis. What will be
in your store on the internet? Keep up the good work and we will
never ever forget the talent your dad had. I could go on and on.
But it is time to spend with my grandchildren.
Martin Wolk
Dear Deana,
I have been listening to you on WCHA 800 radio. I really enjoy

Dear Deana,
Wow! Cara mia Deana you are some kind of chip off the old block
of papa Dino...he'd be so very proud! Will you ever be doing any
shows out here in northern California or in Las Vegas? Are there
any DVD's available of any of your performances? Deana...join the
crowd and do a "standards album"...you'd top them all!
Ciao...con amore...mille abbraccio.
Louis Casolari
Ciao Louis,
Yes, we will be in Northern California, and in Vegas, either
at the end of 2007 or the beginning of 2008. We are finalizing
the fall schedule now. The month of May and June, I am
performing in concert in Branson, Missouri with Les Brown and
his band of renown. As other concerts are scheduled,
they will be posted on my website www.DeanaMartin.com and
check by clicking on “Tours And Events”.
Bon giorno
Deana
Hallo Deana!
I am from Austria and I love your music. Graduations.
Reinhard and Doris
Hi Deana,
I just love the music. Keep it up!
Ginger, 13
Hi Deana,
You asked me to email you when I finished your book and compare
it to the book written by Jerry Lewis. I tremendously enjoyed
both books. I must admit that while reading your book I found
myself crying at least 3 different times. Your book gave
me a better insight into your family life. Being from Ohio
and having a father who was born in Italy, I could relate to many
of the situations that you experienced. I just wanted you
to know that your book was a wonderful tribute to your dad and
both my husband and I enjoyed it thoroughly. We are going
to try to come to the festival in Steubenville. Thanks again
for allowing us to get a glimpse of your wonderful father. We
will continue to enjoy his music and movies.
Sincerely,
Angela Devitis
Hello Deana,
How are you? Is their going to be a 2007 Dean Martin fest?
Mary Pat
Hi Mary Pat,
Yes, there is going to be a 2007 festival. You can
get the current schedule of events at: www.DeanMartinSteubenville.com
Deana
Dear Deana,
I listen to your radio show on KIXI 880 nearly every day. Being
of a certain age I miss hearing singers of the "forties" such
as Jane Froman, Vera Lynn, and Edith Piaf. They had wonderful voices.
Perhaps at some time you could play some of their records. Anyway,
keep up the good work.
Monte
Hi Deana,
I love your father and I want you to know that young people love
him still. I know that they are making a movie on his life from
your book but we haven’t heard anything since. Do you know
when it will be done and who can really play your father? I am
looking forward to it.
Theresa
Dear Deana,
Can I buy your CDs in the UK? I love to hear you on Music Of Your
Life. It’s a great station.
Thanks,
Peter
Hi Peter,
You can purchase my CD online through itunes or amazon.com. Thank
you.
Deana
Hi Deana,
I have been waiting for the schedule for 2007. I would like to
see the festival in June but I have no specific dates. I would
like to make arrangements for 4 of us who, again, would like to
be there. Please email me these dates.
Thank you.
Frank Carnuccio
Hi Frank,
You can find the current schedule of events posted on www.DeanMartinSteubenville.com
Deana
Dear Deana,
I thought you might like to see the photo I took of you and one
of Dean's youngest fans - my 3-year-old son, Lucas - at the Cincinnati
Border's Bookstore. Thanks for such an interesting talk. Your
dad's sense of humor really reminds me of my own dad. What
a colorful life you have led as his daughter! Thanks again.
Janyl Plante. (Actually - now that I’ve written this, I see
that I cannot attach a photo to this email system. - if you would
like to see it, let me know if there's an email address I can send
it to.)
Janyl Plante
Dear Deana,
The past few weeks I have heard a "wonderful voice" singing
songs during my drive to work in Seattle, Washington between 4:00
am and 4:35 am on KIXI 910 am radio. When you and John Griffeth
said it was you, I was stunned. Talent obviously runs in the Martin
family! "Martin and Lewis" was a great comedy team. What
a terrific voice your father had! And what great western movies
he made! I checked your web site and saw the impressive "body
of work" you have accomplished. Not having cable, I feel I
have been living "in a vacuum". I was hoping there would
be some talented artists to continue the tradition of excellence
provided by the great singers of the past. You and Michael Buble
are doing that! I will be adding your CD's to my CD player! I listen
to you and Mr. Griffeth's show every morning. Could you please
play Stevie Wonder's "For Once In My Life" (1985 or
so edition) a couple times a week between 4:10 am and 4:35 am PST?
I would very much appreciate it! It is an upbeat number with some "great" harmonica
playing. I was told it was Stevie actually playing that harmonica.
I have been unable to find this recording in any record store.
Sincerely,
Vincent Koskela
Seattle, Washington
Hi Deana,
My family loves your book. I’m now reading it to my
6-year-old son, Hanneman. He loves your father’s music. It
puts him to bed each night. Thank you.
Adam Mcgraw
Hi Deana,
My name is Ray Drouin; I’m a music lover. I loved your fathers
singing. I listen to the Music Of Your Life. Every now and then
you sing a song and I love it. I would love to have an autographed
picture of you. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you.
Ray Drouin
Dear Deana,
My wife and I just finished your book and I wanted to let you
know how much we enjoyed it. I have been a record collector for
years and always loved your dad's music. One of my favorites
in the collection is the radio DR copy of the ““Rio
Bravo”” release of "My Rifle, My Pony And Me," one
of your dad's best, I think. On a lighter note, we also wanted
to tell you that our late Chinese pug dogs, which were very finicky
music critics, adored your dad’s music! They could
only stand two artists: Dean Martin and cream (what a combination!) Both
dogs would just melt when your father's voice came on. Again, your
book was great and I hope you and your family have a great life.
Mel & Debby Hanks
Dear Deana,
I want to say thank you. A few weeks ago I wrote and told you
that The Four Lads were still touring and you took the time to
mention it on the air with your busy schedule. After meeting
your father many years ago I have to say you are just as thoughtful
as he was God bless you Deana. If you are ever in New Hampshire
please let me know I would be honored to meet you if you have any
book signing in this area please let me know.
Always,
Jean
Hi Deana,
A friend told me he had seen you on a local television show and
that you had moved to Missouri near Branson. Will you be performing
there or did you want a change-of-pace from living in Beverly Hills?
Bernard Watts
Hi Bernard,
Both. I perform in concert in Branson periodically throughout
the year. Currently I’m performing with Les Brown and
His Band Of Renown.
Deana
Dear Deana,
I am 53 yrs old. I remember watching your Dad’s TV
show and his roasts, which I roared at. I was wondering if there
is anyway to get videos of the " The Rat Pack Videos " especially
the ones in Las Vegas. He was the coolest and smoothest. His music
will live forever. He is surely missed.
C. Werlitz
Hi C. Werlitz,
“Live And Swingin”, The Ultimate Rat Pack Collection
contains both a CD and a DVD. The DVD is a video of the
guys together in concert in St. Louis. It’s a great
show and well worth seeing.
