Hi Deana,

Thanks for all the memories you’ve shared.

Dear Deana,

Just watched the clip of you on the Bonnie Hunt Show...amazing! I really expected you to sing, "Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime" but there probably wasn't enough airtime to do it in. I was really moved when you presented Bonnie with your Dad's monogrammed handkerchief. To part with such an intimate gift must have meant a lot to the both of you. I'll continue being a Dean Martin fan, but am now a Deana Martin fan as well! Congratulations on your father receiving The Lifetime Achievement Award as it was long overdue. All the best, much love and luck.

Hi Deana,

I always loved Dean Martin, he was the only one we played for music at our parties when I was younger and just married.

Hi Deana,

You are great all the time. And your father was phenomenal. Anytime I feel upset, he always makes me laugh and smile. A true joy. And thank you for that wonderful autographed picture a while ago. It was very touching.

Hi Deana,

I really miss hearing you and John on the radio.

Hey pally,

Just watched the Bonnie Hunt TV clip and it was great- you are as sweet on TV as I have come to know you are to your fans. It reminds me of something I heard the late, Greg Garrison say about your dad- "What you see is what you get." I hope you know by now it’s really special to me that we correspond and that goes for pally #2 John as well. He was so nice calling when the hurricane was in the Dallas area- what can I say- I also feel blessed. Thanks again for being a pally.

Love,

Chris Cochran

Hello Deana,

Dear Deana,

I'm known for poems over here, so here's one for you - Deana my dear.

You sound real cool when you talk and sing and your smile is like the first day of spring.
We remember your Dad with love and affection and it sure looks like you are going in that direction.
There's no need to compare I have to say, because Deana is really great doing it her very own way.
So here's to the future, may you sparkle and shine,
Deana Martin please visit the UK.... the pleasure will be all mine.

Take care,
Baz the poet

Hi Deana,

You looked beautiful last night on T.V. at the Grammy Awards. My wife loves your smile. She told me that when we met you in person, and you to talked with us for a while, it was the good-bye smile that she believes made your face so radiant with beauty, and it still does.

We love you,

Tom & Jennifer O’Connor
Weehawken, NJ

Hi Deana!

And thanks for the update. I can't wait to see the movie and I am very sure it will be hard finding someone to play your Dad. Are you producing it? Suggestions may be Harry Connick JR. Great voice and he can act. Michael Bubble sounds a little like your Father. Don't know if he has any acting experience! I'll think some more on this and let you know. My best to you as well.

Dear Deana,

I am a huge fan of your dad. His music has been an inspiration to me as an Italian American. I've always wondered, what brand of cigarettes did your dad smoke?

Hi Deana;

Thank you for your eloquent, although brief reply. I’ve read too many books about the life of your Dad, and I find many conflicting stories. Perhaps if you ever get the time, you’ll share some genuine tales of Dad’s past with me, on a more personal note and not through a publicist or agent. However I do know you have a busy schedule, and I’m quite certain that will never happen. Thank you for your overall kindness and sweetness!

My Warmest Love and Regards to you;

Peter Calestino
Johnston, RI

ps: Should your career ever take you to Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun Cassinos in CT. I’ll be there with the roses for you. I think you’re a beautiful woman!!

Hi Deana,

A friend told me she read somewhere that you are searching for someone to play your Dad in a movie you are working on about his life. I'm an ardent fan of Patrizio Buanne and I think he would be the perfect performer to fill that part. He can sing, dance, act he's a wonderful entertainer and person and he does a great imitation of your Dad on stage. If you close your eyes you think it's Dean singing. I know you have worked with him so I'm sure you are aware of his talents. I know he would do a fabulous job. Thank you and I can't wait for the movie to come out. Your Dad was the best! I still enjoy watching videos of his TV show and of course the Roasts and movies.

Hi Deana,

How are you doing?

I saw the Grammy’s and I really wish they had given your dad a much longer piece.

Is there anything else about that award?

I got the CD “Amore” very nice. I really enjoy the arrangements of songs. Hope to see you in June at the Dean Martin Festival.

Stay well,
Sue Guluzzi

Hi Deana,

We miss no longer hearing you on WFEA. I’m 86 year old and play Dean’s songs on my piano everyday.

Hi Deana,

Hope to be at the Dean Martin Festival this year. Have wanted to go for years but always have something going on. I sing as a hobby (sometimes even get paid) and that occupies much of my time.

Hi Deana and John,

Love you guys!

Hi Deana,

I love Deana. She sent me a picture of herself, and when I saw her on TV at the Grammy’s, the picture did not do her justice, as she is more beautiful in person.

Hi Deana,

I think that Deana is the greatest.

Hello Deana,

First, I would like to ask if you will release your book as an audio book, read by you. It would be the most personal way to share the stories in the book. Plus, you are such a wonderful talent yourself, reading your own story for the listeners should come easy for you. Next, I create specialty books and documentaries on Elvis Presley. I also own an Elvis museum that travels the world. My books are about the private side of Elvis, from those who had rare opportunities like you did when you met him. If you would give me a short personal account of your meeting with Elvis, and let me print the accompanying photo, I would love to include it in a future volume of my BEHIND THE IMAGE series. I would be happy to give credit to you and encourage all the millions of Elvis fans out to there to purchase your book. Please let me know.

Sincerely,

Bud Glass

Hi Deana,

It was very nice meeting you and your sweet mother at the San Gennaro Festival in Hollywood. I gave you my CD, and have been singing your Father's hits all of my life. He was always my favorite. I also met with Pat Longo last week and hopefully in the future I can sing some of your Father's hits with his orchestra. I'm still looking forward to sing and perform with you someday. Take care, and God Bless you and your family.

Love,

Hi Deana,

I just adore Deana Martin and her husband. I have read so many biographies about her dad that the local library wanted to know if I was doing research.

Hi Deana,

I miss you from when you and your hubby were on Music Of Your Life! Our local radio station, 1550am WTUX, reformatted and doesn't even carry MOYL anymore. Now it is 50's & 60's. Good too, but not the same.

Take care!

Hi Deana,

I came to your site, to help my friend Gloria Bozeman, get in touch with your Mother. They were girlfriends in Miami before your Mom and Dad were married. If you have the time, please let your Mom know her old friend was asking about her.

Thank you,

Jane Lehr, for Gloria Bozeman......
